Selesai sudah ceramah pemakanan untuk misi weight loss JomKurus1Malaysia di bawah kendalian Kevinzahri. Thanks a bunch to organizer yang menjemput Kakna sebagai Dietitian jemputan.

Seronok dapat berkongsi ilmu bersama mereka yang bersungguh inginkan perubahan dalam hidup mereka. Mahu jadi lebih sihat , mahu lebih yakin , mahukan kehidupan yang lebih berkualiti.

Berkat ilmu yang betul, sistem yang teratur dan support group yang awesome.. i know they will make it in their most elegant way!.. Information that i get from the coach ( Ain & Shukri), the whole program will take up of 6 weeks period of time, Participant will have to pay to show they are committed and for my thought, the fee is more than reasonable. The whole 6 weeks journey will be full with fun and ermm pain .. correction.. pain but fun activities that will help them shed off those stubborn fat and pound. Well dear no pain no gain am i right..

Good luck to them. I hope kementerian will do something similar to this in doing prevention for obesity. More extreme with full commitment, seriousness and dedication.. kalau setakat bagi kaunseling diet.. follow up ermmm... ke laut la...

I highly suggest to kaum ibu yang lepas bersalin tu.. yang mengelebeh sana sini lemak anda tu .. boleh join aktiviti kecergasan untuk kembali lansing. Jangan tunggu beranak pinak baru nak start fitness dan diet program. Each of your birth, cuba untuk kembali ke berat badan asal sebelum bersalin ( berat sebelum bersalin haruslah ideal ya). Diet ( bukan restrict kalori yer, cuma diet sihat jer) bermula sejak hari pertama berpantang... manakala senaman boleh dimulakan selepas habis berpantang. However certain slow movements of the body are allowed during your confinement for example kegel exersize, stretching, yoga , deep breathing.
